Opening in 2012, Willakenzie Crossing will offer 40 units of high quality and attractive affordable housing. 16 additional units are designated for Adults with Developmental Disabilities in partnership with SAIL Housing. It is centralized near public transportation, retail and grocery shops, and local schools. This community offers housing to families and individuals with annual income amounts at or below 31% of area median income. Willakenzie Crossing has studios, one and two bedroom units. Rent dependent upon the type of unit, number in household and income levels.
